On the road

Bright and early, at Kudjip Hospital, Aug 19th, you would find 2 guys working hurriedly to finish the roof rack on our new turbo Landcruiser.  It is a much nicer ride for long trips because 2 rows of seats are forward facing.

We packed up, loaded up, and headed out about 9am.  We had snacks for the road and made our traditional stops at a hotel 1 hour away for bathroom and backside break. At the top of the mountain pass, we bought (as Dooley custom) flower rings and posed at the over look for pictures.

Nick and Charlotte came along, Charlotte is a UK medical student and Nick was making the luggage rack, along with Jordan… Jordan and Rachel.  Rachel just started her second year of teaching our missionary kids.

And us, do you notice how tall Allison is?  This was Em’s actual birthday and her birthday outfit.
