We had a beautiful vacation. Madang is about 400 kilometers from Kudjip, but it takes 9 hours to drive. On the way there, we drove 5 hours the first day and 4 the second. So much fun and so many laughs with our family and Brittany and Sam Bennett. We ate out many fine meals and lived in our swimming suits. Vacations with the Dooley's is not to relax, it is to stuff as much fun as possible into each day. Tuesday, we drove the whole way back, leaving at 6:30 am and arriving at 5:30 pm. I have been on the computer most of today, catching up. Sorry to Brit's fam and friends as I am hogging the computer. Thanks for your prayers, it was a great trip.

You are forgiven Gail for "hogging the computer", especially since you posted pics and an update!! We love all that we get. We miss Brit so much but also glad she is having such a good time and having the experiences she has already. Thank-you for opening your home and allowing it to be a bit more crowded and sharing your life with her for these two months. It was great to talk with Brittany this morning. A good clear connection and so good to hear her voice. She had a great time. Thank-you!!
Wow! I LOVE the photos and am so glad to hear you guys had a good time and a safe trip up to Madang! Did you get the flower rings going through Goroka? Give Scott and the girls a hug for me!(and yourself, of course!)
