I pulled out some knitting needles for a friend to borrow, and 2 other friends said they wanted to learn to knit.
Dr Maggie and Dr Imdela learned to knit faster than anyone I have ever taught. Really, like 30 seconds! I don’t know if it because they know how to make bilums, or from knowing how to tie knots in surgery, or because they are just amazing people!
But we spent several hours that night and then a whole afternoon on Saturday knitting together. We’ll have to do it again soon!
