TORTILLA’S

I wanted to make enchiladas, was just about to convince myself to invest the 2 hours to make the tortillas home made….and along came a box from mom! 

Karen had sent along 36!!! tortillas! 

  So, I eagerly made the enchiladas!  Then breakfast burritos for breakfast. The next night green chili enchiladas for company, and that is how 36 tortillas are gone in 3 days!
