MUDDY PAWS 5K

We were looking for a 5K race on March 24th in the Spfg area. We found Muddy Paws, raising money for adoption of boxers and schnauzers. :) It was a trail race through the woods with many dogs and their owners. But what fun!




You had to have a dog to win a prize, so that took off all the pressure of winning since we were running dog-less. Mom and I ran the whole way! Yippee for us! What better way to celebrate than Andy's frozen custard?

Snow day.

Well, if the teacher doesn’t feel well, 1/3 of the students have dentist appointments and there is an inch of snow on the ground, the it’s declared a snow day and school is cancelled.

      

Oh my stink!  Olivia, after playing outside in the snow for 30 minutes, asks if she should wear tennis shoes?  I say that would be good.  She removed her crocs to reveal bare feet!  What a missionary kid!

School daze!

They might look happy in the photos, but despite our best efforts as teachers, there are tears every day, from at least some one! 

Next furlough is during the summer.  I will be so thankful to not have to do school work every day!
