City Muesum

 

  Everyone must go to the City Museum in St Louis, if you can’t go with the Adam’s then you will need to take knee pads and lights and gloves!  Olivia loved this slide, we walked up 3 flights of stairs 5 times in a row just for this slide.

There are caves and tunnels all over the place!  Usually there is an easier route for those less limber!

This is the shoe slide, it is either 7 or 10 stories, I just made it once because I got so dizzy, but the others went many, many times!

I think this is one of our favorite places in the world!  What a great day!

Olivia and Luke

 

I walked into the bathroom to see what Luke and Olivia were doing in the bathroom.  I was not reassured when they answered “making a baby”

They then showed me the “chromosomes” and the “DNA” and the test tubes and the tweezers and saran wrap.

Whew!  Relief.  They said gestation is 600 years or 6 years, it depends.  So, there you go!

Grammer gifts

Mom had been making quilts over the years and had enough quilts for all of us.  She had us go out and she laid out all of them and had us pick.  We all got one that we loved. She also gave Allison and Emma scrapbooks that she had made for them of the first years of their lives. 

For Olivia, she wrote her letters, since Olivia was born in PNG and Grammer didn’t have as many pictures of Livy.

What treasures we have to bring back to PNG, a little piece of Grammer and a whole bunch of LOVE!
