100 years of the Church of the Nazarene

It was a beautiful day in PNG to celebrate 100 years. Just last year (?) we celebrated the Church of the Nazarene being in PNG for 50 years, so that was fresh on our minds.

The day started with people singing along the road and marching into the area where church was to be held. There was many speeches and special items and a few sermons before the actual sermon. I was truly touched as the missionaries sang a song, just looking at the sea of brown faces, who love the Lord.

This is the altar call at the end of the service. Many people responded to the message of trading our sorrows for God's joy.
